Where is my WISH order?

 

1. WE AT 123WOWDEALS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WISH PRODUCTS, PROCESSING, HANDLING OR DELIVERY TIMES.

 

2. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WISH PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN AND DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM WISH.

 

3. WE DO NOT PACKAGE OR PUT TOGETHER ANY WISH ORDERS AS THEY ALL ORIGINATE FROM CHINA OR OTHER COUNTRIES TO WHICH WISH IS ASSOCIATED WITH AND ARE PACKAGED WHERE THEY ORIGINATE OR ARE PICKED FROM.

 

4. WHEN WE RECEIVE WISH PACKAGES THROUGH THE WISH COURIER SYSTEM WE PROCEED TO SCAN THE ITEMS AND THEN YOU WILL IN TURN RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ITEM HAS ARRIVED AT OUR STORE AND IS READY FOR PICKUP.

 

5. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A QR CODE WHICH IS USED TO LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE STORE FOR THE PICKUP.

 

6. SOME ORDERS HAVE MANY QR CODES ASSOCIATED WITH THEM AND COULD BE IN ONE COMBINED PACKAGE AND SOME MAY HAVE INDIVIDUAL QR CODES WHICH REQUIRE SEPERATE SCANS TO LOCATE THEM IN OUR INVENTORY OF PACKAGES.

WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THIS QR CODE AS THE PACKAGES ARE NOT LABELLED BY NAME OR ITEMS.

 

7. WE DO NOT CONTROL THE WISH APP OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR ORDER, RE-STOCKING FEES ETC.

 

8. WISH GIVES YOU A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER, IF YOU GO BEYOND THIS TIME LIMIT YOUR ITEM IS REFUNDED TO YOU BY WISH AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A RE-STOCKING FEE.

 

9. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME.

 

10. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES CAUSED BY THE MAIL SYSTEM.

What is an estimated delivery date?

The estimated delivery date is the date that wish expects your order to be delivered to our pickup point by.

However, we know things don’t always go according to plan and delays may cause your package to not arrive at the time you were given.
